We went there for dinner and had a good cross section of the meals on the menu. Pretty good overall, the scallops were left too raw but nice flavours. Informal and a tad noisy but good for a quick dinner.

we were expecting some really tasty food but that was not to be. Soggy tasteless cold nachos, only just cooked chicken mojo was luke warm and tasteless, burger was ok I thought it was poor value, would not return

Had a really quick lunch when early for an appointment. Ordered an iced Kopi O, and the $10 chicken curry/roti canai lunch special. The roti was AMAZING. Better than the famed roti canai at the Mamak chain in Sydney! Curry portion was relatively small but yum and filled me up. Definitely worth the $10 and for a big appetite all it would mean is trying an entree! Really surprised and impressed to find good Malaysian food here in Newcastle.

A last minute what do we eat after Friday night at the movies scenario. Off the cuff, we decided what not try Nando's.We had the Mixed Platter (for 2-3 people), half a flame grilled PERi-PERi chicken plus 8 ribs and 4 tenderloins. The tenderloins were so moist and tasty we ordered another 2 servings of them. The pies de resistance was the Seriously Large PERi-PERi Chips.Well done Nando's...we will come again!

it's makkas, it has everything you want. only the part was a order of the new crispy chicken was not at all fresh. I didn't know until I came home, so I guess I'd check her out before she leaves
