It is located in the Chatswood Concourse district, offers indoors and a closed outdoor dining area. It is regrettable that the service was so poor because the food is pretty good. We had a bit 30 minutes on our pasta and pizza. This is despite other members of our group, which have already received their food. When the food arrived, the pizza was served in the middle of the table, but there were no plates. Bottles of water were provided, but no glasses. I am not sure if the care factor was zero or the staff was only inexperienced, but for the prices they pay, they would expect much better service. This is certainly not a cheap and happy dinner. On the plus page you can enable split bills.
The Concourse is very child friendly and I suspect that's why some of the restaurants receive more customers than they deserve. Grief Entrees: Caprese Salad, Arancini Balls - really average or just below. Salad dry (perhaps in a fridge reveals tomatoes and cheese, a lot more olive oil needed to rescue), risotto balls (also a bit dry). Grief Pizzas: Diavola, Seafood - average. Crust is a bit thicker than that in Via Napoli or salts meat cheese or Marciano's, the only good is that it is not fast mushy. Taste average. Grief Very average restaurant gets customers because of child-friendly environment.
