visited on Saturday 10. septwe was added a free dish with brot n butter. he spoke too fast, so he didn't get the name of the teller. it was a kind of seafood. we made two courses that we were too full to dessert, which was very disappointing. we had the tuna, trevalla, kingfish and prawn linguini with a side of tempura broccolini. tuna was soft and tender and melts in mouth. trevalla, the fish is very fluffy and the sauce brings out the fresh of the fish itself. kingfish was cooked for perfection. the skin was crispy and was not too dry. the prawn linguini pasta was boiled to al dente. very creamy sauce and garnel was juicy and perfectly cooked. we had a very attentive service, as provided by the female waitress, unfortunately they seem to be short workers as our finished dishes were removed awhile. there was a dress code for this fine eating, but we have seen a guy in a t-shirt and shorts and sandals. not only that he did not respect the restaurant, but also himself. they should have denied him admission. if he lived in the resort, he should have been asked to go back and change into something more appropriate.
