I went to Opera Dining on coupon from LivingSocial for $49 for a three course meal for two people with a shared entree, individual mains and individual desserts (good because I’m certainly not sharing my dessert!)<br> <br> My first observation of the restaurant was that it was almost empty (with only 2 other tables) and pretty bleak for a Saturday night. The restaurant was in need of a serious makeover and decor upgrade and to be honest, reminded me of the type of restaurants that you see on Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares. There were candles on the table which were never lit for us, and the evening really could have used that extra ambience. The evening also would have benefited from a bit of heat, as the door never closed fully, so the outside chill made its way into the dining room.<br> <br> Thankfully, the food was a step up from the ambience. It didn’t start strong though with the salt and pepper squid entree (below). Love the atmosphere. The drinks are also very good. But no big fan with the food. It's very easy. Nothing special ~ What's a shame. I expected something very nice

Absolutely great value for money! $ 15.80 Sashimi set at lunchtime was delicious and abundant. Perfect for a fast lunch. A pretty naked place with a long counter, fits me well for a fast lonely lunch. The service was really nice too. Will come back.

We ordered away, I was excited to see Puri on her menu, as it is not usual here, but it was completely unaffammable. All mussels were mushy and fell apart (the photo was taken as soon as I opened it). I called the restaurant and you have no replacement or refund offered, just a free time, just a free time (I do not really want to give you more of my money to get what I come first). If I analyzed you the next day by e-mail to show you how it looked like I looked, I got the following answer, Grief "What do you expect that is served cold and with yogurt. If not awaken anything else." <br> Grief The curry was fine, but I would warn above all who wanted to spend their hard-deserved dollars here.
